Dragon taught me a new way to make chicken and it was outrageously delicious!


Maria's Chicken

About 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts

1 bottle light ranch dressing

1 canister stove top dressing

1/2 - 1 stick melted butter


The chicken pieces we had were large so I cut in half for 6 smaller pieces.  Spray pam in the 9 x 13 pan.  Put chicken in bottom.  Pour entire bottle of dressing over chicken, covering the chicken completely.  Put dry stove top on top, covering completely.  Drizzle with butter.

Bake at 325 degrees.  Recipe said for 30 minutes but I left it in closer to an hour to get chicken done.

Dragon said you can use boneless thighs too.
