Yesterday I was speaking with an elderly lady from our church who told me she has a collection of foreign coins, old coins and collector coins in plastic boxes and was wondering if they had any value. She's a widow with one daughter who is not interested in them, has no grandchildren and could really use the money.She would like to get an appraisal and sell them but has no idea where to start.There's a coin dealer nearby but he doesn't have a very good reputation. I suggested she ask at her bank, maybe they would know of someone. She's a lovely lady and I would like to help her. Any suggestions?
