The day my hubby put our AC unit to bed for the winter it snowed here in NJ
I suppose Labenette had snow.. Sparta NJ about 20 miles west of me had about
8" and made the weather chanel ...... we had snow showers on last Thursday 10/16
not much tho thank goodness....

I never believed in global warming...but do think mankind needs to be more
caring and aware... but the planet is going to change.. from cold to hot over the eons and we have no control of the big picture..

There has been some wacky weather all over the place.
It is supposed to be 72 today and 82 tomorrow.
This warm weather does not help those of us down with this icky flu.
I can't get the flu shots so I pray each year I will make it through it this year I didn't :(

I really wouldn't mind seeing a little snow, as long as I am at home and have food in the house!

Julie, you may be happy to hear that the latest forecast from whoever makes these forecasts is that this winter the south will be cooler than normal and the midwest will be warmer, an upside down winter.

Temps here have been 20 deg below normal for almost three weeks with lots of rain to make it feel even colder. No snow but the boonies have had frost on the pumpkins.  Supposed to warm up starting Sunday.  I'll have to seize the opportunity to dig up all my deceased plants.
