HI,
Not sure if everyone here knows but our home is on a very wooded and shady lot..
I am always looking for new plants etc to use.. as many will not survive in our
yard... trying a new bulb this fall and they just arrived.. wasnt sure what they
even were but just did some research.. apparently they are a low growing. multi
stemmed tulip that spreads and likes shade .......Hurrah... will plant next week
and hope for the best... they are called Turkestanica/tulip

Oh goodness I have no idea.. they were a new item that our local Garden Club had for sale
I do think that they are mostly sold through the mail/catalog... will let you all know if they bloom next year :-)

They just sounded neat ..BTW there are daffodils in the background but the foreground seem smaller and more tiny tulip style... I think this was a photo submitted from a person's garden which probably had many kinds of flowers..

They certainly look like daffodils (or what I always call jonquils) to me, too.

They look a lot like daffodils.  Are they available in stores or do they have to be ordered?
